Nancy Elberg Hiller

On April 29, Nancy Hiller, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away at age 87.

Nancy was born in Cincinnati to Edward and Helen (Brown) Elberg. She grew up in Cincinnati surrounded by a large extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Nancy married Clifford Hiller, her high school sweetheart. While raising her family, Nancy attended Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio, and received her degrees in education. She was a passionate educator for 25 years, teaching at Evendale Elementary School in Princeton City School District. Nancy enjoyed reading, nature, traveling and was a life-long learner in retirement. Her greatest joy was time spent with her family.

Nancy was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Clifford Hiller; and daughter, Julia Hiller Hosea. She is survived by her loving family; daughter, Nancy Wathen (Mack); son, Steve Hiller (Peggy); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Lahmann; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made in Nancy's memory to: Princeton Scholarship Fund , 3900 Cottingham Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.
