Philip Bustle

Philip Bustle, 90, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2020.  Philip was born in Mt. Vernon, KY to Silas and Maggie Bustle.

Philip was the beloved husband of the late Mildred (nee Perkins) for over 59 years, devoted father of Diana (David) Brashear, Donald Bustle, Rodney (Lynne) Bustle, Ronald (Pam) Bustle, and Beverly (Michael Poole) Thompson, loving grandfather of Stephanie (Steve) Monti, Amberly (Wayne) Lisle, Amanda (Michael) Grimm, Shannon Gregory, Matthew (Heather) Bustle, Andrew (Liz) Bustle, Madison Bustle, and Danielle Bustle, and great-grandfather of Emily Monti, Nathan Monti, Alex Monti, Hannah (Noah) Doss, Parker Lisle, Zach Grimm, Mallory Grimm, Casey Ogelsby, Cody Ogelsby, Caden Hibbard, Olivia Peters, and Zoe Peters, dear brother of the late Clint Williams, Oleva Ferguson, Wayman Bustle, Wade Bustle, Tom Bustle, Enola Jones, Ova Bustle, Grace Bustle, Lester Bustle and Jean Bustle, also survived by many, many nieces and nephews.

Philip was a long-time resident of West Chester. He was a very competitive and longtime bowler. Philip took great pride in his successful gardening. He had a garden planted every year since 1960 and shared the harvest with his family and friends. He had a strong church family and loved the Cincinnati Reds. Philip also enjoyed woodworking and being around horses.

Visitation will be held at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Sunday, November 8, 2020 from 3-5 PM and on Monday, November 9 at Turningpoint Church, 7019 Tylersville Road, West Chester, OH 45069 from 11 AM until time of Service at 12:00 PM. MASKS are required and social distancing will be observed.

Family suggests Memorial Donations be directed to the Church.
