Phyllis Delay

Phyllis Irene (nee Spicer) DeLay, 90 of West Chester, passed away on March 16, 2023. Born to Phillip and Irene Spicer on August 19, 1932 in Decatur, Illinois.

Phyllis enjoyed crafting, traveling with her husband of 70 years, and volunteering her time at church. She was a sweet and kind woman.

Preceded by his parents, her husband, Donald DeLay, son, Doug DeLay and brother, Robert Spicer.

Phyllis is survived by her son, Richard (Gwen) DeLay, daughter in law, Jean DeLay, grandchildren, Lori (Mark) Rogers, Ashley (Shaun) Hoskins and Beth (Stephanie Klump) DeLay, great grandchildren, Connor, Alaina, Cohen, Adelyn, Kamryn, Lucy, Henry, and Ella.

Memorial donation may be made in her name to St Jude Children’s Research.
