Rat D. Vu

Rat D. Vu, baptismal name Dominico, age 88, of Forest Park, Ohio, passed away peacefully Friday, May 10, 2019 in the comfort of his home surrounded by the love of his family. He was born August 15, 1930 in Vietnam to parents, Bat D. Vu and Sang T. Dao.

Preceded in death by: his parents, Bat D. Vu and Sang T. Dao; three infant children, Maria, Dominico and Maria; brother, Ninh Vu; and sister, Lang Vu.

Survived by: his beloved wife, Vang T. Pham; devoted children, Kim Loan Nguyen (Allen); Deacon "Dominic" Hoang Vu (Lan-Huong), Diep D. Vu (Van), Chien D. Vu "Joe" (Linh), Luan D. Vu "Michael", Kim Anh T. Vu, M.D. (Chuc, M.D.) and Nguyen D. Vu, M.D. (Ha-Vy); 16 grandchildren, Duy, Bao, Chinh, Viet, Minh, Kristina, Maria, Huyen-Tran, Minh-Tri, Minh-Dao, Trieu, Michael P., Mai, Loc, Lien and Mila; brothers, Tuan D. Vu and Tu D. Vu; and many loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 16, 2019, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Prayers will be at 7:00 PM with a second visitation to follow until 9:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, May 17, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lavang Vietnamese Church, 314 Township Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45216. Interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
