Robert Kimble, age 61, passed away on December 19, 2024. He was born on May 20, 1963, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to Howard and Lola (nee Wellman) Kimble.
Robert, affectionately known as Rob, attended Ohio University and earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Deana (nee Heeger); his son, Joel Kimble; his brother, Rick (Joyce) Kimble; and his sister, Rhonda (Mike) Delatore. Rob also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends, all of whom will cherish his memory.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his brothers, Randy Kimble and Rod Kimble.
Rob had a zest for life that was evident in his many passions. He loved spending time at Norris Lake, boating, and relished the moments spent on Surfside Beach in South Carolina and fishing in Florida.
An avid sports enthusiast, Rob enjoyed playing golf, pickleball, tennis, and racquetball. However, his greatest passion revolved around cars, especially Mustangs. He took great joy in spending time with his brothers and family, working on and discussing automobiles.
Rob shared a deep and special bond with the family dog, Draco. Together, they created countless cherished memories through long walks, joyful moments, and heartfelt cuddles.
Rob's presence will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 10:30AM until the time of service beginning at 12:00PM at Mueller Funeral Home (6791 Tylersville Road, Mason OH 45040).
