“RODGER DODGER”

Rodger Dale Milligan, beloved father, cherished grandfather, the best corny joke teller, and servant of Christ, passed away peacefully at the young age of 74 in Ft. Thomas KY on March 19, 2025. Rodger fought through a challenging diagnosis of Parkinson’s and Dementia for the past five years where the staff at the Season’s of Alexandria treated him with the utmost care before he was called home to the Lord. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Joyce Milligan, and Father, Paul Milligan. Rodger is survived by his daughters Kimberly (Derek) Kincer, and Lindsay Bibb, and his favorite (one & only) granddaughter Ella Mills. He is also survived by his brother Larry (Mary) Milligan, sister Mary Kay (Jim) Freshour and Brother Bruce Milligan.

Rodger had the unique ability to light up a room with his creative one liners and infectious laugh. He dedicated his free time to numerous faith based organizations, including Gideon’s International , “Singles Again” at the Vineyard Church, the Healing Center, and served on several missionary trips.

Services to be held at Mueller Funeral Home, Mason OH, on Wednesday, March 26th with calling hours from 3pm – 5pm, followed by a Memorial Celebration Service, 5pm-6pm. In lieu of flowers, you may send donations to the Gideon’s International https://www.gideons.org/.
