Roselyn Louise Pierce

Roselyn Louise Pierce, 87, died peacefully with her family by her side December 3, 2021.  Roselyn was born June 9, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio to James and Helen Pierce.  She graduated from Norwood High School. Roselyn’s working career included several positions in the medical field and she also spent several years as Resident Manager of The Lodge Retirement Center in Loveland, Ohio.  Roselyn was very active in the Saint Margret of York Church and always enjoyed an outing with the Out to Lunch Bunch.  She also volunteered as a case worker for the St Vincent de Paul Society and contributed to several Catholic charities over the years.  Roselyn’s life always revolved around her faith and her family. Having the family together for the holidays was very important to her, especially on Christmas Eve.

Roselyn was preceded in death by: parents, James and Helen (Nordhoff) Pierce; grandson, Ryan Pike; and siblings, James Pierce and Marion (Pierce) Barret.

Roselyn is survived by: children, Bonita (Don) MacLeod, Jackie (Dean) Scott, Donna (Dave) Pike, and Donald (Julie) Dunn; grandchildren, Katie (James) Gartner, Marianne Rishforth, Keith (Heather) Goodhart, Mark (Amanda) Goodhart, Josh (Jennifer) Pike, Alexa Dunn, Ashley Dunn, Ally Dunn, and Luke Dunn; great-grandchildren, Matthew Gartner(Alexandra Jester), Adam Gartner, Anthony Rishforth, Abby Rishforth, Carson Goodhart, Justin Goodhart, Brooke Goodhart, Gavin Goodhart, Gabi Goodhart, Arya Pike, Addy Pike, Dominic Pirigyi and Ethan Shapiro; siblings, Norma Wilson, Eugene Pierce, and Geraldine Keegan; and many loving family members and friends.

A memorial Mass will be held at St Margret of York Church 9499 Columbia Rd Loveland, OH 45140 on Friday December 17, 2021 at 10:00 am.  Following the Mass, a celebration of Roselyn’s life will be held from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm at the Manor House 7440 Mason-Montgomery Rd Mason, OH 45040.
