Samantha Hake Mason

Samantha Hake Mason, of South Lebanon, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the age of 34.  She was born Thursday, January 2, 1986 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

With a heart of gold and a desire to take care of others, Sam decided to go into nursing.  After receiving a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Nursing, she continued to further her education becoming a Nurse Practioner.  While she devoted her life to taking care of others, her main love in life was her family.  Spending time with Kylee and Logan always made her life complete.

Samantha is survived by: husband, Bundy Mason, II; children, Kylee Hake and Logan Mason; father, Richard (Dawn) Hake Sr.; mother, Debbie (Dennis) Prince; siblings, Richard (Diana) Hake Jr., Kristina Hake, Jordyn Prince and Matt Zompero; nieces and nephews, Claire & Jane, and Bryson & Isaiah; grandparents, Jack and Mary Wilson; furry companions, Zoe and Sully; and many loving family members and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family will have a Celebration of Samantha's life at a later date.
