Shawn Jeffery

Shawn E. Jeffery of Cold Spring, Kentucky, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 13, 2024, at the age of 47. Born to Jack and Linda (nee Breucker) Jeffery on June 29, 1977, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Shawn (aka Stick) was known for his laid-back demeanor, quick wit, and friendly nature. He had a remarkable ability to bring laughter to those around him with his sharp sense of humor and warm, welcoming spirit. Never meeting a stranger, Shawn was a friend to all, leaving behind countless cherished memories with those fortunate enough to know him.

Shawn was a devoted father, son, uncle, brother, and friend who always put his family first. A loving father to Harper, he cherished every moment spent fishing, playing games, and enjoying vacations together. His love for Harper was at the center of his life. A passionate University of Tennessee fan, Shawn took great pride in cheering for his team. He found joy in golfing, watching Cincinnati Bengals and Reds, playing the stock market and spending time with his significant other, Shawna. Shawn was a real movie buff, there wasn’t a movie he couldn’t recite a line to. He also enjoyed fishing and talking sports with his nephew Kyle. He will be deeply missed by his family and all those whose lives he touched.

Shawn graduated from Miami University in 2000 and spent his career in medical sales.

Shawn was preceded in death by his father, Jack Jeffery.

Shawn is survived by his loving daughter, Harper Jeffery, his beloved mother, Linda (nee Breucker) Jeffery, his significant other, Shawna Helsinger, sister, Kelly (Joe) Scanlon; nephew, Kyle and niece Kayla Scanlon; and many loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Entombment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
