Susan Smith Horner

Susan Smith Horner, 65 of West Chester, passed away on May 28, 2022, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. Born to Ralph Olin and Ruth Loraine (nee Tally) Smith on March 8, 1957, in Washington, DC.

Susan enjoyed spending time with her family, and she loved being a Nana to her three grandchildren.

Preceded by her parents, Ralph and Ruth Smith, and her husband, Thomas J. Horner.

Susan is survived by her two loving daughters, Catherine (Jason) Foust and Christina Horner, three grandchildren, Shaun, Ethan, and Ava and one brother, Jeffrey Smith.

Memorial donations may be made in Susan’s name to the American Cancer Society (Relay for Life) .
