Susan Kuhlman

Susan (nee Moelchert) Kuhlman, of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully November 15, 2022 at the age of 71.  She was born December 6, 1950 in Huntington, West Virginia to William and Margaret (nee Fitzgibbons) Moelchert.

Susan loved to celebrate the holidays.  Halloween was by far her favorite, but there was not a single event that was not decorated for.  She enjoyed going to the ocean with Ormond Beach being one of her favorite destinations both as a child and with her children.  Susan loved playing cards with family and friends as well an occasional pull on a slot machine. While Susan certainly loved her family and dogs, there was nothing more  special to her than her eight grandchildren.

Susan worked as a mammography technologist for over 20 years and was loved by many patients for her kindness and personality.

Susan was preceded in death by: parents, William and Margaret Moelchert; husband, Ed Kuhlman; and brother, Al Moelchert.

Susan is survived by: children, David (Judie) Kuhlman, Chris (Mary) Kuhlman, and Laura (JC) Mann; grandchildren, Rachel Kuhlman, Emily Kuhlman, Will Kuhlman, Zachary Kuhlman, Samantha Kuhlman, Aiden Mann, Alli Mann, and Bree Mann; sisters, Joan (Tom) Bach and Nancy (Rick) Berling.

Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A Mass of Christian will follow at 12:00 Noon with Father Barry Stechschulte presiding.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association .
