Terri Lynne Lustig

February 1, 1957 — April 5, 2023

Terri L. Lustig (nee Wooters) , 66, of West Chester Township, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. She was born to Robert and Betty (nee Smith) Wooters on February 1, 1957 in Los Angeles, California.

Terri was a passionate Christian who loved Jesus with all of her being. His transforming power in her life was the source of her joy and fierce love of others. She served others tirelessly, she gave generously, and she lived a life of great passion for the kingdom of God. To know Terri, was to experience the love of Jesus.

Terri was also extremely passionate about her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She loved every minute of spending time with them- playing, laughing, reading, baking. She never missed a birthday, or an opportunity to spoil one of the grandkids. They never doubted her love for them, and they will miss her greatly.

She was an excellent teacher, who poured both knowledge and wisdom into her students. She homeschooled for 20 years, and then also taught at both Cincinnati Christian and The Schilling School for Gifted Children. She treated her students like she would her own children- helping them learn and grow as students and as young people- instilling a love of learning that would extend beyond her time with them in the classroom.

While we mourn the loss of our beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, we rejoice knowing that she is now worshiping our Savior with all the saints and angels. Terri ran the race and fulfilled her life long mission hearing “well done, my good and faithful servant.”

This is not a goodbye…this is a see you later.

Terri is preceded in death by her father Robert Wooters, her brother John Wooters, and her sister Jean Wooters.

She is survived by her beloved husband Keith Lustig, her mother Betty Wooters, her children Laura (Irvin) Thevaranjan, Felicia Stablein, Ryan (Courtney) Lustig, and Matt (Brydon) Lustig, grandchildren Isabel, Lukas, Alexandra, Aubrey, Noah, Emmarie, Caleb, and Jaxon, siblings Sheryl Bryson, Suzanne Rock, and Christopher Wooters.
