Thomas Vonderhaar

Thomas Joseph Vonderhaar, 80 of Liberty Township, passed away on September 26, 2023. Born to Joseph H. and Thelma (nee Schappacher) Vonderhaar on January 20, 1943, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Thomas was a proud veteran in the Air National Guard. He enjoyed camping, farming, biking, bowling, Happy Hours, and travels to Florida and Brookville.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Thelma Vonderhaar, siblings, Louis Vonderhaar, Margie Perkins and Michael Vonderhaar.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Linda (nee Hayes) Vonderhaar, children, Celeste (John) Driscoll, Patrick (Kristie) Vonderhaar and Joseph  (Tommi) Vonderhaar, grandchildren, Sarah (Cory) Niehaus, Daniel (Brooke) Driscoll, Andrew Driscoll, Thomas (Maria), Lauren, Nathan, Joshua and Jacob Vonderhaar, great grandchildren, Dylan Jackson, Chase Niehaus and Bryce Niehaus, Jack and Henry Driscoll, Jamieson Vonderhaar, siblings, Claire Mink, Richard Vonderhaar, James Vonderhaar, Gregory Vonderhaar, Patricia Vonderhaar, and Julie Gambrel.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 2nd from 5:00-7:00PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd at 10:00AM at St Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Rd. Mason, OH 45040. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made in Thomas’ name to Hospice of Cincinnati.
