Ulahannan "John" Pathrose

Ulahannan “John” Pathrose, age 88, passed away on April 13, 2024 at West Chester Hospital.

He was born to Padijare Pallipurum Pathrose and Mariamma (Varkey) Pathrose in Kerala, India on May 21, 1935.  John was among the teaching faculty in the mechanical engineering department of The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay India.  After retirement, he served as the Sunday School Director at the orthodox church in Bombay.  He was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, farming and was a man of unfaltering faith.

John is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Annie (Varghese) Pathrose; children Mercy (Dilip), Johnson (Binu), Peterson (Mini); grandchildren Sheeba, Joshua, Christina, Gabrielle, Michelle and Ruben.

A visitation will take place at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, Ohio 45040 on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 5pm-7pm with a funeral service to follow at Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Rd, Liberty Township, Ohio (Enter from Millikin Rd) 45011 on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 8:30am.  He will be laid to eternal rest at Greenwood Cemetery, 1602 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45011.
