Valerie Anderson

Valerie "Val" Anderson, of Liberty Township, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home Sunday, July 26, 2020 at the age of 69. She was born on Valentine's Day of 1951 to Joseph and Margie (nee Young) Miller.

Val met the love of her life, Dann, on October 15, 1985. The couple shared a great sense of humor, even giving each other nicknames that would follow them for the next 35 years. With a mind for numbers, Val retired from Toyota Motor Sales in the Financial Services division. She was an avid reader and would often self-educate through literature. Val was recenlty working at Bern's Garden Center as their "master seeder" starting their annuals. She will forever be cherished by those that knew and loved her.

Valerie was preceded in death by: parents, Joseph and Margie Miller.

Valerie is survived by: husband, Dann R. Anderson; step-children, Michele (John) Shanahan, Keith (Barbara) Anderson, and Brian (Denise) Anderson; step-grandchildren, Patrick & Erin Shanahan, Carter & Owen Anderson, and Alexis & Hayden Anderson; brothers, Roger (Jane) Miller, Gary (Beverly) Miller, and Greg (Betsy) Miller; and many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, August 3, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Funeral Service will follow at 11:15 AM at the Funeral Home. Masks will be REQUIRED and social distancing followed.
