Victor "Mitch" Morgan, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the age of 82. He was born Tuesday, October 5, 1937 in Flint, Michigan to Bennie and Ara (nee Cobb) Morgan.
Mitch served in the United States Army overseas in Korea. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ole Miss University, he held many positions including one with Formica. Always kind and generous and practicing the Golden Rule, Mitch was always looking for ways to give back. With a heart for veteran's, he started a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business giving other service members a chance. If he wasn't reading a good Western, you would most likely find Mitch outside working on landscaping projects or just going for a nice walk.
Mitch will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Mitch was preceded in death by: parents, Bennie and Ara Morgan; brothers, Bennie Morgan, Jr. and David Morgan.
Mitch is survived by: wife of almost 59 years, Betty Ann (nee Harris) Morgan; son, Mitch (Michelle) Morgan; daughter, Pam Carpenter; grandchildren, Benjamin (Allie) Morgan, Jackson Morgan, Jason (Carla) Carpenter, Adam Carpenter, Kayla Carpenter and Cory Carpenter; great-granddaughter, Alyssa Mae; and life-long friends, Larry & Carol Williams and Charlie & Becky Tincher.
Visitation will be Monday, January 13, 2020 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home with Pastors Lew Davis and Barry Turner officiating. Interment will be in Dayton National Cemetery.
