William E. Woodward

William E. Woodward, of West Chester, Ohio, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the age of 87. He was born Friday, January 12, 1934 in Keokee, Virginia to Daniel S. and Martha J. (nee Bledsoe) Woodward.

Bill served in the United States Army receiving the Army of Occupation Medal (Germany) and a Good Conduct Medal. He drove for the Kroger company for 30 years prior to his retirement. He will be sorely missed by all that were blessed by his presence.

Bill was preceded in death by: parents, Daniel and Martha Woodward; and 9 siblings.

Bill is survived by: his loving and devoted wife 58 years, Doris E. (nee Ball); sons, William "Scott" (Marcheta) Woodward and Steven M. (Diana) Woodward; sister, Helen Alexander; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. The State of Ohio REQUIRES face masks/coverings be worn and social distancing guidelines followed.

Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Mountsier officiating. Seating will be LIMITED due to the social distancing guidelines.

Interment will be in Arlington Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to The Alzheimer's Association.
